Ritter Sport - Praline
Praline Ritter Sport is high quality German chocolate – milk chocolate with a praline filling. Ritter Sport chocolate squares were launched in 1932 and are now sold in 70 countries.Each flavour of Ritter Sport has had its own bright colour since 1974. Praline flavour Ritter Sport comes individually wrapped in a dark blue colour 100 gram pack. The chocolate bar inside is square with sixteen handy segments and has a praline flavour filling.
Ritter Sport takes a particular pride in using high quality ingredients sourced from around the world – for example three different sorts of cocoa are used in Ritter chocolate.
The German slogan "Quadratisch. Praktisch. Gut." translates as "Square. Practical. Good." The British slogan is "Quality in a square".
The chocolate square was originally designed by Clara Ritter to suit being carried in a pocket without being broken – a very clever idea and always advisable to have some chocolate to hand!
