Each flying saucer sweet has a fruit flavour outer edible casing, with a tangy, sharp sherbet filling.
Flying saucers come in pretty pastel colours - pink, orange, yellow, green and blue and some flying saucers are two-toned sweets with two different colour halves.
A generous standard sized portion of sweets has 50 fizzy sour sherbet filled flying saucers.
Please note that flying saucers are suitable for vegetarians as they do not contain gelatine or E120 (cochineal).
